Get Ready for Kite Festival 2018!
Friday June 1, 2018

It’s our favorite time of year again at Mountain House! Our annual Kite Festival is returning to Central Park this Saturday, June 2nd and we’re so excited! 😃
If this is your first time attending the Kite Festival, here’s what you can expect:
Kite Flying
Mountain House is a prime location for successful kite flying (we’re pretty proud of it 😉), which means us residents get to enjoy this amazing event every year. Whether they’re small, big, or ginormous, kites of every size are welcome at the festival. Not only are they fun to fly, they’re also fun to watch! 👀
Local Food Trucks
It wouldn’t be a party without some great food. Take a break from kite flying and get some grub from one of our fabulous local food trucks! Central Park is a great place to picnic, so make sure to bring some blankets and chairs to set up a cozy spot on the grass. 🍔
Local Vendors
Don’t forget to do a little shopping and see what some of the local vendors have for sale! Kite-flyers are encouraged to peruse the different booths and purchase some cool treasures and trinkets. 👒
Here’s who’s going to be there:
Art of Living
Manges Indian Cuisine
Go Falafel Greek Food Truck
Samz Designs
Xfinity
Snowie NorCal
Little Beez Italian Ice
Madd Lid's
Calvary Chapel Tracy
Bubble Mania
Mathnasium
Entertainment
There will also be some fantastic entertainment at the event! Grab your partner and do-si-do to the groovy tunes of Jim Ashley and Kickin’ Dust, or rock out while you fly your kite. Either way, it’s sure to be a good time! 🎉
