Mountain House Events

Sundays - Mountain House Farmers Market

Stock up on the week’s fruits and veggies right in your own backyard! Local artisans and makers will also be selling their wares, so it’s a great time to finish up your holiday shopping and support local businesses! Sundays at Wicklund Park at 9:00 a.m. Details HERE

Friday, December 6 - Arrival of Santa and Mrs. Claus

The kids will love spending some time with the man in red and Mrs. Claus right here in Mountain House! We’ll be lighting our tree in Central Park and celebrating with a candy cane hunt, live music, a Nutcracker dance, and more. RSVP HERE.

Saturday, December 14 - Paws for Reading & Crafts

Let the kids cuddle with cozy pups while they practice and hone their reading skills. It all starts at 3:00 p.m. at the Mountain House Library, followed by craft time.

Thursday, December 5 - Kids Craft at the Library: Gingerbread Ornaments

The Tracy Library has some fun holiday-themed events this month, starting with a gingerbread ornament kids’ craft. No registration required, while supplies last. More HERE

Saturday, December 7 - Holiday Decorated Home Tour & Boutique

Pancakes and Santa, what could be better?! Bring the kids to the Tracy Masonic Hall for their annual breakfast with St. Nick. Included with your donation is a disc of photos, plus you’re free to use your own cameras. Details HERE

Tuesday, December 31 - New Year’s Eve with Crawdad Republic

Saturday, December 7 - Hometown Holiday Celebration

It’s going to be an evening of holiday festivities and small-town fun in downtown Pleasanton! Bring the family out by 5:00 p.m for a community parade, tree lighting, and a visit with Santa! Details HERE

Saturday, December 7 - Sunday, December 8 - Festival of Trees

The entire San Joaquin County Historical Society is transformed into a winter wonderland for an entire weekend, with decorated trees, vendors, a tea and dessert room, and plenty of crafts and activities for the kids. Ticket info HERE

Monday, December 2 - Friday, December 13 - Santa’s Mailbox

Drop off a letter to Santa from December 2 to 13 at the Danville Community Center. If you include your child’s name and a return address, you’ll receive a written response by December 24! Info HERE
