Whether you start on January fifth or you wait until mid-February, it’s still your resolution for the New Year.

You probably won’t hit the bullseye every day, and that’s okay! Obsessing over the occasional slip-up won't help you in your pursuit of progress. It’s important to keep on trying even during the times where you’re not feeling the most motivated. If a resolution has totally run out of steam by mid-February, don't despair.
