Residents of Mountain House can earn $1,000 for each friend they refer to purchase a home at The Lakes. Your friend will also receive $1,000 off the purchase price of their new home.
Referrals must be registered prior to or at the time of the referred friend's initial home consultation. Both the referrer and referred friend are eligible to receive $1,000 only if the referred friend successfully purchases a home. Referral rewards are issued after the close of escrow on the referred friend's home purchase. The $1,000 discount for the referred friend will be applied to the final purchase price of their home at the time of sale. This program is subject to change or cancellation at the developer's discretion without prior notice.
