Central Park
Breaking ground on phase two of the Central park is planned to begin in September of 2023.
Town Center
Several projects currently underway to add retail, office, and higher density residential units.
South Asian Art & History Museum
MHD is proud to announce the concept and design planning of the South Asian Art and History Museum.
Valley Link Station
Proposed by the Regional Rail Authority the Valley Link Station is projected to begin construction in 2027. The Mountain House Community Station would be located north of I-205 on an approximately 54-acre site west of Mountain House Parkway near the I-205/Mountain House Parkway interchange.
Modern Office Buildings
Several projects are currently underway to add retail, office, and higher density residential units.
